I like the jackets just fine, but I made a mistake in ordering them. I did not realize that 1/2 carat meant 1/4th carat each side, my studs are 1/2 carat each side and the jackets do not fit them well. don’t make that same mistake!

I think the ones I got are at least I color, I1, not I2! I really like them but I ordered them to see if they would fit my 3/4cttw studs, even though the description says they fit 1/2cttw studs…well they don’t state total weight, but thats what they mean. My studs stick out of the jackets, when the stud should fit all the way in the center of the jacket, so my search continues! Good luck to whoever gets these for their 1/2 cttw studs, they’re nice!

These earring jackets are absolutely stunning…They are great quality & are Excellent for the price paid…I bought these to go with my blue diamond studs which are 1/2 carat tw & they look gorgous, I also tried them with my 3/4 carat tw white diamond studs & they look awsome too…No matter which way you go, you can’t go wrong with these…They really dress up any plain studs & you will get two totally diffrent looks…Go for it, its a GREAT buy!!!

I purchased these on sale and liked them so much, I wanted to have them appraised and insured in case I lost them. My local jeweler just appraised them at 5x the regular price. The jackets I rec’d looked to me (and my jeweler) to be GHI color and SI2 clarity.
I wear these with my .54 ctw diamond studs (that’s .27 each side) and they fit, though the studs sit higher than the jackets. If you want them to sit flush, you’d have to wear them with .40-.50 ctw studs.
I was thrilled and wear these with diamond studs, and also with 4mm amethyst and blue topaz (in sterling silver) studs I purchased through Amazon for about twenty bucks per pair. These jackets give you a lot of versatility and a lot of sparkle for the great price.
