This is the first battle with the Tower Tycoon, who shows up in Battle Tower after 21 consecutive battles. He also shows up after 49 consecutive battles, and I will put a video of that on here once I get to him. Anyway, this battle was lucky for me since his Milotic had such terrible accuracy. It goes to show that a burn is a great status effect as well. Return of Starmie! XD Oh, and can I just say that his Rhyperior has a terrible moveset. I’m sorry if I offended you, but you don’t put special attacks on a Pokemon meant for physical. It also has Flamethrower and Thunderbolt. I don’t know it’s other move, probably Surf or something.
