Question by Pete R: How much carat weight it a two point princess cut diamond?
I am wanting to know how much is a 2 point princess cut diamond in carat weight because I am wanting to buy a pendent with 348 of these on it. They are genuine diamonds and it also has like a 3 point princess cut on the top of the bell. It weighs 1 once and is 14k gold. The price is at 00.

2 points is .2 carat I believe. Either way, you are getting garbage for a ton of money. they are tiny low quality diamonds all thrown together to appear to be “worth” something. Those diamonds probably cost less than a dollar a piece.

A point is 1/100 of a carat, so a 2-point diamond is 1/50th of a carat. With 348 of them, your TOTAL carat weight is almost 7 carats, but there is a BIG difference between 7 carats total and a 7-carat diamond.
I don’t know how you can cut diamonds that small- sounds like diamond chips to me.
That price sounds pretty expensive.
Diamond have standard measure for weight in carats, and one cart equals to 1/142nd of an ounce, or 1/5th of a gram, which means that there are 5 carats in one gram. However some jewelers like to use the word “point” when describing diamond size. Diamond point is also the measure for diamond weight and is related to carats. One carat is divided into 100 points, which means that 50 point diamond weighs half of carat.
